This includes state-of-the-art MRI, CT, and ultrasound, with imaging protocols and technique designed to maximize image quality, safety, and patient experience. The body section of RAF also provides highly specialized imaging services such as CT/MR urography, CT/MR enterography, and virtual colonoscopy.

The body imaging section of Radiologic Associates of Fredericksburg (RAF) is anchored by 9 board-certified radiologists who completed supplemental specialized fellowship training in the imaging and diagnosis of pathology within the abdomen and pelvis. This includes the assessment of disease processes of the liver, biliary system, pancreas, kidneys, bladder, and gastrointestinal tract.

In addition to providing top quality imaging services and exam interpretation, we have strong relationships with our local referring clinicians and work closely with them to ensure the highest quality of care in the region. We are also entrusted to perform and interpret exams for patients being treated at multiple University hospitals outside our area.
